Awesome dealership! no pressure and great people to work with. I started with TJ and ended with Hector. I was not sure what I wanted when I first came in. I loved the Rio but needed more room to carry stuff. Both were very patient with me and did not pressure me into a car I didn't want. I had looked at other dealers and check out many other cars when I found the one that I wanted I went back to Royal. I didn't want to deal with any other dealership or any other sales person except for TJ and Hector, so I came back to see what they had in the car I wanted. I got a great deal on a used Kia Soul.
Our experience at Royal Kia began with T.J. Bjork giving us a test drive in a Telluride. He was great to work with. When we returned to the dealership, T.J. was not available to help us, as he was busy with a customer, so introduced us to his co-worker, Jesus Camargo. The team dynamics prevented any awkwardness for us to no longer deal with T.J. Our salesperson, Jesus Camargo, made our car buying experience so pleasant! He was extremely courteous, friendly, and went "above and beyond" to help us purchase our car. We had ordered our car as there was not one on the lot that suited our needs. When it arrived earlier than anticipated, Jesus seemed as excited as us! Jesus is very knowledgeable about the paperwork, the processing of the sale, and certainly didn't let us drive away without fully explaining each and every button and feature in that car! He helped us program our phones and sync them and was considerably patient in this process, too. To complete the paperwork, we didn't have a form necessary, so to prevent us from driving back to the dealership, he offered to pick it up at our front door on his way home! We feel like we have made a new friend.

I recently went in for a service at Royal Kia on my 2016 Soul and ended up trading it in for a 2019 Soul. I cant say enough about what a great experience I had! I worked with T.J and I felt like he was on my team the whole time. It was the best car shopping experience I ever had. The price was great, the trade in value they gave me on my old Soul was great, and the whole process was great. I will definitely go back to Royal for my next soul and I will ask for T.J. when I need an associate in sales.

I previously worked for a dealership for 20 years and had never been treated as nice and felt so important to the staff as yesterday. Thank goodness I didn’t pass them by and go to another dealership. Even having a fairly new salesperson, he was professional, knowledgeable, and interested in my needs, both physically and monetary. Took in a car to trade, I still had a loan on it. And was worried that I wasn't able to walk out with another car. But T.J. worked his butt off to make sure I would walk out with a car that I was going to love for years to come. And I did! Originally I had my eyes set for a different type of car, but sadly they didn't have it in stock. But I love the one I left with in the end.

I called about a truck online and TJ answered all my questions and could tell I was interested in the truck I was looking at told him I was coming from Phoenix and would be up the next day first thing in the morning. Got down to the dealership Tj was there to greet me at the door didn’t waste no time getting into the test drive. Got back to the dealership sat down got to business and was dry satisfied with his customer service and had a positive attitude and very friendly while doing paperwork. Went to Royal last Saturday with the thought of checking out the Kia Stinger GT, I had no intention of purchasing that day however I was so impressed with the car and the sales team I drove home a beautiful new red GT. The car is amazing, and a great value against other small luxury performance vehicles such as Audi and BMW. My salesperson T.J., who is new to the sales team, was already in great customer service form, and made the experience quick and hassle free. Years ago we purchased a used car through Royal Buick and enjoyed the experience then. However, we have purchased cars through other dealerships throughout the past 30 years and those experiences were lackluster and frustrating at best. So, when we decided to buy once again we decided to go back to Royal and chose Royal Kia. Our Sales Rep was Everett Griggs and we had the most fun and enjoyable experience ever in the whole process. Our test drives (we had to experience the Niro and then the Soul GT-Turbo) were long enough to get a feel for the car; gave us the opportunity to drive in different road conditions; and have the opportunity to use some of the features of the car. "Beto" continued to check im with us to make sure Everett was treating us well. Everything was explained to our understanding and often to make sure we were comfortable with the transaction and had a clear understanding of the terms and process. Everyone we interacted with at Royal was polite, pleasant, courteous, and ready to assist or find assistance for us. We returned once to pick up the car and another time to go over the car's features once again. At that time we interacted with Melissa, who was a hoot, thorough, and patient. I can't imagine buying a car any other dealership.

I was pleasantly surprised at the service we had gotten from our salesman Everette. He was our military Liaison and he took great care of us. Dealing with a car dealership can be as painful as going to the dentist. This was the 4th dealership that we visited and we had an amazing experience working with Everett Griggs. Everett was very professional and knowledgeable regarding our needs. He approached us with a demeanor that was respectful and courteous. He listened to our needs, asked clarifying questions and provided us with options based on our needs and our budget. He did not try to steer us to what we did not want or did not need. Through multiple test drives of vehicles, he patiently answered our questions and never appeared to be in a rush. When we finally made our decision, he guided us through the purchasing process with the same smile and winning personality five hours later. When we left, we had an unfinished item that needed to be resolved regarding the code to manually unlock our vehicle. He provided us with the answer within 24 hours. My wife and I would definitely recommend him again. I'm not sure if all of the sales persons at Royal Kia are on the same par as Everett - if they are, anybody looking to purchase a vehicle will be in very capable hands. I had a great experience buying a truck from Everett Griggs. I am a busy, working mom of 3 and I was dreading the “process” of buying a new car. Everett made it so easy and effortless! He even drove some of the trucks I was interested in to my work so I could test drive them. I absolutely love the way this dealership and my personal salesman dealt with me. With my less than perfect credit and little down payment, available, they were able to get me into a car that I LOVE! They don't work for commission, so the pressure to sell me something high priced and not what I really want was immediately missing from our dealings. The salesman listened to me and allowed me to choose the vehicle I wanted. My afternoon felt more like spending the day with an old friend than it did a business transaction. They even gave me a dozen roses when I left! I'd probably still be married if my husband had treated me as well as I was treated at Royal Kia, lol. To facilitate the rest of the purchase transaction; our new Kia Niro was delivered personally by Everett the next morning to our home some twenty miles away from the dealership. He not only topped it with a huge red bow, he also bought a dozen red roses from a florist and gave them to me. Now that's Royal treatment. But it goes much further than that. He welcomed us on arrival, treated us with respect. Listened to the wife's [primary driver] wants/needs. When he couldn't come up with the right combination, he offered a better alternative at a better price. At no time did we feel pressured into buying from him. He quickly picked up on our family dynamics, and used those to tell us about different features etc. Needless to say we shared a lot of laughter. He is a dedicated family man, and military service member, and those traits were also visible in our interactions. Also appreciated the dealer's process. Rachel, as sales manager, stopped by and introduced herself. But most importantly Everett handled everything, from the financial end, and service options. Didn't have to go from office to office, or deal with different persons, who didn't know us.
This is the second car we've bought with Everett Griggs at Royal Kia and honestly I don't think we'll be going anywhere else for vehicles in the future. Everett is all about his customers and finding the right vehicle for them within their price point. On October 4th, 2018, I purchased my first brand new car! I am so excited with my new addition! It took a few hours for me to finish the process but I wouldn't change it for anything. Prior to going to Royal Kia I literally was having a rough day (which consisted of LOTS of tears). While I was there I was working with Everett. Everett really took the time to crunch the numbers to make sure he was able to get what I wanted without taking advantage because that's what dealerships like to do when you're a female. Everett is AMAZING and I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND working with him! He was super professional but when he felt the tension of me and my emotions he cracked a few jokes to make sure I didn't shed anymore tears while sitting at his desk! This was my first car buying expierence. I went to a couple dealerships before to browse cars I found online and that’s what originally brought me into Royal Kia. Compared to the others, Royal Kia was the best expierence I had, by far. Everett Griggs was my car salesman. He exceeded mine and my family’s expectations. He got to know me and was able to find cars other than the one I originally came in for, to open up my options within my price range (without pressuring to exceed it). He knew the ins and outs of the vechicle I test drove while also giving me a perfect route to really get a feel for the vechicle. After that, he walked through everything so I got a clear understanding of my options and the pros and cons of each vechicle. He did not pressure me, he was very patient, he was a joy and funny person to be around, and he was very knowledgeable about the cars, the business, and the process as a whole. (Also, great taste in hats!) I ended up leaving the Royal Kia leasing a 2019 Kia Forte. Very proud of my decision and thankful for the help of Everett. I would highly recommend Royal Kia as your dealership to visit and Everett Griggs as your guy to work with.

Went to other dealerships in Tucson and Phoenix and test drove 5 other gas/hybrid vehicles. Went to Royal and met Everett Griggs, a salesperson. He was EXTREMELY helpful and personable. Royal did not have the vehicle we wanted but Everett found one in Phoenix. Royal bargained on our behalf to obtain the vehicle at a discounted price and then Everett drove to Phoenix and brought the car back. We purchased a 2018 Niro EX, easily the best of the gas hybrids. The sale went easy, the financing was simple, there was a rebate on the Niro and we got a vehicle with all the features we wanted for less than I expected to pay. We are very happy. Ive called around to many dealerships in my process of buying a new car. At royal kia they arent pushy salesmen. They really helped me pick the right car for me. I had something in mind but left with something even better than i expected. Everett did a fantastic job working with us and the financial dept to get my payments right where I needed them. What an amazing experience! We had been searching for a vehicle for a while and visited many different dealerships in Tucson. Royal Kia made us feel very comfortable, their entire staff was friendly. The representitive who assisted us (Everett Griggs) was, by far, the most knowledgeable and honest representative we had the pleasure of working with in our vehicle hunt. Everett was great! I've had some terrible experiences buying a car so I was apprehensive at first but Everett showed that he really cared about me, my family, and what was going to be best for us. He took the time and asked questions to determine which car would be the best fit for me and my family, not just trying to talk me into the most expensive vehicle like other dealerships have. He was not only focused on what would suit us best, he was funny! He put us completely at ease with his humor and that allowed us to actually enjoy the experience. I would recommend Everett to anyone and will certainly be going back to him when it's time to replace my other vehicle.
Make no mistake, I hate car dealerships...but Beto and Royal Kia have earned my business time and time again. Between my family and the company I work for, our new 2018 Sorento is the 7th vehicle we've purchased or leased from Royal since 2010. Now that Beto has promoted to management, he now refers us to a salesperson when we come in, which is how we met Everett Griggs. Everett is a hard-working family man who is friendly, professional, and could probably pull off a 2nd job as a stand-up comedian. Being a vehicle enthusiast and very detail oriented, I fully realize that I can be a difficult customer, yet these guys worked well past closing time to get us what we needed. I have and would absolutely continue to recommend them and Royal to anyone.

Everett turned my car buying experience from nerve wracking to fun and relaxed! I love him so much, he is really great at breaking things down and making sure you understand things. I felt relaxed and calm with him, and definitely not rushed, though we ended up staying past closing time to finish the sale. When browsing with Everett it is like you are with one of your close friends. In the interaction with my family and Everett there were as many laughs as we have at a family get together. He never pushed us to buy any car or any add-on. He knows what a car means to people and is extremely patient (We are very indecisive). When I go in for an oil change we catch up and share a laugh. He takes car salesman to a new level, and it's not even a choice to only see him from now on. I wouldn't think about going to anyone else. I hate buying a car. But Everett made it easy! He is very transparent and never embellishes on the product. He was able to recognize the best car to fit me and my needs and that's not easy lol Everett's humor is over the top. My teenage daughter and I loved it and she said she'd always go to Everett for a car. I know she'll have a great career so he will see her in the future many times. Humberto would have been my next choice because he's always smiling and has a warm personality. My only gripe, is that the manager took the fun out of it and caused a lot of anxiety by telling me I didn't qualify (which I did) and that was out of Everett's control. Thankfully, Everett applied his genius, dug deeper into the financial offices, got me settled down and I purchased the Soul. I'm sad for that, but LOVE THE SOUL~ and Everett. He'll always be my go-to. He should be the manager.

If you're up in mid-town Tucson looking for a great deal, you gotta check out the "Tom Rice" they serve up at Royal KIA. And if you're real lucky, you could also get a bit of "Beto" on the side. I happened to have a service need at the dealership last week on my older Sorento we purchased from Tom a few years ago, and as I always do while waiting, I asked if Tom was in. While chatting, one thing led to another and we started looking at the newer Sorento models on the lot, but nothing stood out. Too pricey, not the options desired, etc. - you know the drill. Finally Tom says I should look at a recent trade-in out on the back lot that was just dropped off that morning. Turns out this was the right car at the right price at the right time. Made the deal, with every issue we wanted taken care of completely addressed over the next few days. In this process, we met Tom's sales manager, Beto, and I'm sure he had a bit to do with making sure we continue to be extremely pleased Royal KIA customers. Having first researched possible cars for my picky requirements, I arrived in Tom Rice's office hopeful but far from confident. Past experiences had made car investments less than marvelous. Mr. Rice, though, took all of my specifications seriously and took the time to find the very best vehicle, within my comfortable price point, and loaded with equipment I desired. The test drive was pressure free. After my purchase, Mr. Rice took plenty of time to make sure I was able to operate functions I was unfamiliar with. In fact, I have had questions about technology integration, and he is still patiently explaining things so that I can optimize my new car's operations.
