Difference Between the 2022 Kia Sorento and the 2022 Toyota Highlander  


It is worth mentioning that the Kia Sorento has a hybrid and gasoline version. It is also a new plug-in hybrid model, which is not the case with the 2022 Toyota Highlander. Additionally, the latter only has one engine option. On the other hand, the 2022 Kia Sorento comes standard with a 2.5 L 4-cylinder engine with 191-horsepower and 181 lb.-ft of torque. Another powertrain is the turbocharged version that churns out 281-horsepower.  


The 2022 Kia Sorento has a lower price than its competitor including good features even in the base trim. In contrast, only the upper trims of the 2022 Toyota Highlander have more premium features.
